The Ice Rink at the Boulevard Pool

Las Vegas may not have a traditional snowy white winter, but one spot in the city creates a winter wonderland to awe locals and tourists alike.

With the end of pool season The Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is transformed once again into the city’s much loved Ice Rink. With over 4,200 square feet of ice, individuals can show off their skating skills or chase snow flurries every half hour.

Those who don’t want to skate can watch holiday movies shown in the big screen while roasting s’mores over an open fire. Special cocktails like the RumChata, Campfire Delight, and Crème de Cacao will also be served every night to help warm you up.

On opening day, world and U.S. figure skating champions Randy Gardner and Tai Babilonia will be hosted a charity event, Ice Out Cancer Over Vegas, for Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month. Apart from a silent auction, performances by U.S. National and World Champions Kimmie Meissner, British national champion Steven Cousins, and Olympic gold medalist Scott Hamilton helped to kick off the fun.

The Ice Rink at the Boulevard Pool will also be holding special themed events like Date Skate Mondays, Industry Night Wednesday, and Throwback Thursdays to entice more people to skate.

The Ice Rink at the Boulevard Pool will be open from Mondays-Fridays from 3:00PM to midnight and Saturday to Sunday from noon to midnight until January 3, 2016. It’s fun for the whole family!
